Texas 529 Plan Contractor

Texas 529 plans are offered by the Texas Prepaid Higher Education Tuition Board and are available to all U.S. residents. The Texas Prepaid Higher Education Tuition Board contracts with private professional investment managers to assist the Board in investing the assets of each fund. OppenheimerFunds Distributor, Inc. is the distributor of each plan and OFI Private Investments, Inc., a subsidiary of OppenheimerFunds, Inc. is the plan manager.
