NURSING STUDENT LOAN PROGRAM (NSL) Provides long-term, low-interest loans to full-time and half-time financially needy students pursuing a course of study leading to a diploma, associate, baccalaureate or graduate degree in nursing.
Participating schools are responsible for selecting the loan recipient and for determining the amount of assistance a student requires.
To apply for this program, contact the student financial aid office at the school where you intend to apply for admission or where you are enrolled.
SCHOLARSHIPS FOR DISADVANTAGED STUDENTS (SDS) Provides scholarships to full-time financially needy students from disadvantaged backgrounds who are enrolled in health professions and nursing programs.
Participating schools are responsible for selecting recipients, making reasonable determinations of need, and providing scholarships that do not exceed the cost of attendance (tuition, reasonable educational and living expenses).

YOU MAY BE ELIGIBLE TO RECEIVE A LOAN OR SCHOLARSHIP DESCRIBED ABOVE, ONLY IF YOUR SCHOOL PARTICIPATES IN THAT PROGRAM.
