FEDERAL PERKINS LOAN

    This is a loan and must be repaid.  Must demonstrate financial need.
    Interest charged on this loan is 5% for both undergraduate and graduate
    students enrolled at least half-time.  Federal Perkins Loans have no
    additional fees or charges, other than interest.  Payment is owed to
    the school that made the loan.
