DIRECT (UNSUBSIDISED) PLUS LOAN

    This is a loan and must be repaid.  Available for graduate students
    enrolled at least half-time AND parents of dependent undergraduate 
    students to help pay the cost of their child's education.  Financial
    need is NOT required.  Must not have adverse credit history.  The U.S.
    Department of Education is the lender.  This loan is Unsubsidized, and
    the borrower is responsible for paying ALL interest on the loan, 
    starting on the date the loan is first disbursed.
