    Tarrant and Dallas Counties.  Students must be of good moral
    character, rank in top 5% of graduating class, and have need of
    financial assistance to pursue and complete an academic or technical
    education within the State of Texas.  Maximum amount available is
    $1,000.  Write for application in January.
