MOST VALUABLE STUDENT SCHOLARSHIP/LEADERSHIP AWARD

    The Elks National Foundation awards 500 competitive, four-year
    scholarships ranging from $1,000/year to $15,000/year.  Applicants
    will be judged on scholarship, leadership and financial need.
    Any high school senior who is a citizen of the United States is
    eligible to apply.  Applicants need not be related to a member of
    the Elks.  Applications are available online or at your local Elks
    Lodge in September, and completed applications must be submitted to
    your local Elks Lodge by the deadline.  (To locate an Elks Lodge near
