The Evalee C. Schwarz Charitable Trust for Education provides interest-free loans to undergraduate and graduate students who demonstrate exceptional academic performance and significant financial need. To be considered, a student must be a U.S. citizen, qualify for financial aid in the form of government grants, be enrolling in a school in the state of the student's residence, and have an outstanding combination of grades and standardized test scores. Students seeking a law degree are not eligible to apply.

Loan amounts range from $5,000 - $15,000 per year, with a lifetime cap of $50,000.
