    The Jaycee War Memorial Fund offers scholarships annually.  Applica-
    tions must be requested between July 1 and February 1 each year.  To
    receive an application, applicants must submit a self-addressed, busi-
    ness-sized, stamped envelope and a $10 application fee (check or money 
    order made payable to JWMF) for each application requested.  Appli-
    cants must be a citizen of the United States, possess academic 
    potential and leadership qualities, and show financial need.  Only
    those selected are notified.

    Jaycee War Memorial Fund - offers ten $1,000 scholarships annually.
    These are one-time awards.  Send requests for this scholarship to
    JWMF, 7447 S. Lewis, Tulsa, OK 74036.  No request will be honored
    without a self-addressed, stamped, business-sized envelope and $10
    application fee.
    Deadline for submitting completed application:  March 1

    Thomas Wood Baldridge Scholarship - offers one (1) $3,000 scholarship 
    annually.  This is a one-time award.  Available to a Jaycee, an
    immediate family member of a Jaycee, or a descendent of a former
    Jaycee.  Send requests for this scholarship to:  Thomas Wood Baldridge
    Scholarship Program, 7447 S. Lewis, Tulsa OK 74036.  No request will be
    honored without a self-addressed, stamped, business-sized envelope and
    $10 application fee.

    Charles R. Ford Scholarship - One scholarship of $2,500 is awarded to
    an active member of the U.S. Jaycees who wishes to return to school.
    This is a one-time award.  Send request for this scholarship to:

    will be honored without a self-addressed, stamped, business-sized
    envelope and $10 application fee.
