    The Slough Scholarship Foundation offers scholarships of up to
    $5,000 per year ($2,500 per semester, fall & spring only) for a 
    total of five years or the completion of a Bachelor's Degree or a
    total accumulation of 136 semester hours or 36 credits, which-
    ever comes first.  Smaller amounts may be awarded on a one-time
    basis with no guarantee of future awards.

    Required Eligibility Criteria:
      Must be a Texas resident & U.S. citizen at the time of 
        application
      Only complete applications are accepted (complete means all
        items filled in & all documents attached)
      Must demonstrate need through the FAFSA and required essay
      Must have a minimum GPA of 3.0
      Must enroll as a full-time student for the term of scholarship
        eligibility (12 semester hours or more each term)
      May not have accumulated more than a total of 136 college credit
        hours or 36 credits
